تقييم واقع الحكومة الإلكترونية في الجزائر و تونس : دراسة مقارنة خلال الفترة (2003-2020)‎

Abstract EN

This study aims to assess and compare the reality of e-government between Algeria and Tunisia over the period (2003-2020), as well as to identify the deficiencies in the implementation of e-government in Algeria compared to the Tunisian model which achieved internationally honorable ranks.

To achieve these purposes, the study relied on the descriptive and analytical approach as well as the comparative approach by analyzing and comparing the indicators of e-government and e-participation for the two countries during the study period.

The study came up with many results, the most important of which is that Algeria ranked late according to the e-government development index compared to Tunisia during the study period.

Mechanisms were also proposed to improve the performance of e-government in Algeria.
