Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the degree of customer trust in the banks they deal with, and comparing customers trust in both public and private bank, relying on the descriptive analytical approach.

In order to reach the goal of the study, 100 questionnaires were distributed to customers of active banks in the city of Setif, and all were retrieved and analyzed.

The study concluded that the degree of customer trust in the active banks in the city of Setif is low, and the degree of customer trust in public banks is medium among them and is low in private banks, the results also showed that there are no statistically significant differences regarding the duration of customers' interaction with their bank towards the level of Customers' trust in commercial banks, as well as there are no statistically significant differences between foreign banks and local private banks towards their customers' trust
