Abstract EN

This study seeks to address the importance of implementing the DuPont System, is which is widely used in many famous world companies, in companies, the objective of which is to examine and analyze its financial balance.

as opposed to the other systems which are not without their drawbacks, especially in the ability of the company to earn profits on the one hand, and to predict the degree of financial failure.

The results indicate the DuPont System, contrary to the established and traditional systems, proved highly effective in the analysis of financial situation of the company and prediction of its financial balance, most notably in the area of profitability, assets turnover and Cost-effectiveness.

These advantages made it possible for companies to enact the necessary procedures for enhancing its operations.
