Abstract EN

The contemporary Iraqi researcher and poet, Muhammad Husayn Ali al-Saghir, took care of his poetic texts in praise and lamentation of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them).

He dedicated for this purpose a huge collection of poetry that came because of his scientific knowledge and deep religious background.

He singled out three long poems of Imam Al-Hassan Al-Askari (peace be upon him).

Another poem talks about the criminal bombing of the kindergarten of the two Imams al-Askari in Samaria.

Another one is titled “A Tour of the Monuments of Samara, ” which he organized during his tour of the cave of Dur al-Khalifa Al-Mu'tasim, Al-Matt, and all others from Bani Al-Abbas.

These texts reflect a clear picture and A clear view of Imam Hassan al-Askari (peace be upon him), and the extent of his prestigious position as the heir of prophethood and imamate.

In this research paper, according to the descriptive-analytical approach, we aim to clarify the image of the Imam Al-Hassan Al-Askari (peace be upon him) in the poetry of Muhammad Husain Ali Al-Saghir, as we found in his poems literary material and a great scientific study that helps researchers to identify the personality of Imam Hassan (peace be upon him) and to reveal his identity its unknown aspects, as well as the linguistic formulation and the sober stylistic structure of these texts.
