Abstract EN

The relationship between Islamic jurisprudence and the Arabic language is great, for the Qur'an was revealed in the tongue of the Ar, which made Arabic the key to the religion.

These refer to the texts of the Qur'an and the Sunnah, so that rhetoric and language are in many issues, and it is a judge to settle the dispute, prefer a ruling over another, and strengthen one saying over another.

From here, the research aims to clarify this relationship in a way that reflects to the recipient the impact of the doctrinal dispute and the preferences of the diligent in learning and understanding the Arabic language.

On the one hand, and on the other hand, it shows the loftyness of this language and the extent of its comprehension, accuracy, depth of connotations, and the diversity of its uses.
