Sibawayh's book (D.

180 Ah) is the first methodological structure of grammatical grammarism.

No one never beat him before or not.

Many explanations of Sibawayh's book are proof of its greatness.

Book has reached a degree of grammatical and intellectual maturity that no book has ever achieved before.

The most prominent of these explanations are "at-Taīqah" the commentary of as-Sīrāfī (D.

368 Ah), Šarḥ Ibn Ḫālawayih (D.

370 Ah) and Šarḥ ar-Rummānī (D.

384 Ah) that is unique in a logical grammatical approach; This was the aim of evaluating the application, its competence, and its foundations in one of the issues of grammar lesson, that is implementation in the infinitives, depending on prohibition and permission in it.

The treatment dependes on the descriptive approach to observe and analyse this gramatical phenomenon.

The research was distributed to an introduction; a preface; and three chapters.

It presents the limits of terms and their competence, and allowance of the infinitives by ar-Rummānī and the opinion of Arab grammarians in these cases.
