To investigate the objectives of this study, the researchers used a questionnaire form containing a set of preparations and capabilities designed under four basic determinants in the form of axes came respectively physical determinants and morphological determinants and physiological determinants and skill determinants were sent after the arbitration of a sample of 44 professors and expert doctor from all over the country and abroad After the statistical treatment used, the results indicated that the selection and guidance of the youth to practice football is based on determinants that are comprehensive for the total preparations and abilities of the requirements of football.
