تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تتبع سياسة الرسول صلى الله عليه و سلم في الأراضي المفتوحة، من خلال مرويات البلاذري في كتابه "فتوح البلدان" الذي يعد من المصنفات المهمة، إذ يختلف عن غيره من كتب الفتوح بكونه لا يقتصر على الجانب العسكري فحسب، بل يتعداه إلى ذكر ظروف الفتح صلحا أو عنوة، كما يتناول أحكام أراضي الخراج و غيرها، معتمدا في ذلك على ما سبقه من مصنفات و ما سمعه من روايات و ما قام به من رحلات.
و بعد الدراسة المتأنية لكاتب فتوح البلدان للبلاذري توصلنا إلى أن هذا الكتاب يعد من أهم المصادر المعتمدة في استقراء تاريخ الدولة الإسلامية في شتى المجالات، بما في ذلك الجانب الاقتصادي و خاصة ما تعلق بالأراضي المفتوحة، ليكون بذلك مصدرا مهما في التاريخ الاقتصادي و المالي للدولة الإسلامية
Abstract EN
This research paper aims to follow the Prophet, may God's prayers and peace be upon him, policy in open lands, Through Al-Baladhiri 's narrations in his book"Fattuh Al-Balad" which is considered an important work It differs from other books of al-Futuh in that it is not limited to the military aspect only Rather, it goes beyond it to mention the circumstances of conquest by peace or by force, as well as dealing with the provisions of the lands of Kharaj and others.
After careful study of the book fattuh al-baladhadhari we came to the conculusion that this book is one of conclusion that this book is one the most important sources adopted in extrapolating the history of the Islamic state in various fields, including the economic and and especially those related to open lands.
