This article aims to detect the extent of electronic readiness of electronic readinessThe advantages of electronic governance on the level of the Social Security Corporation and its contribution to achieving the quality of public services have increased the need for electronic administrative transactions through the effort to upgrade public administration and activate digital management.

The study concluded that Electronic-governance effectively leads to the quality of services provided to the level of the Social Security administration of Skikda State.
