يركز البحث على تحليل و تقييم تجربة انتشار التجمعات السكنية المغلقة في كل من الولايات المتحده الامريكيه و كندا.

حيث تعتبر تجربه الولايات المتحده في التجمعات السكنيه المغلقه هى اصل انتشار هذة الفكره العمرانيه و التى تبعتها العديد من الدول في مختلف انحاء العالم متاثرين بالنموذج الامريكى.

و منها كندا المجاوره مباشره للولايات المتحده.

و دراسه اوجه الشبه و الاختلاف في كل من التجربتين.

وذلك من حيث دوافع الإنتشار و مراحل التحول العمرانى نحو هذا النمط من التجمعات السكنية و دراسة الآثار المترتبة علية في البيئة العمرانية.

وذلك من خلال دراسه خصائص كل منها في المحاورالآتيه: - الابعاد العمرانيه-الابعاد الاقتصاديه-الأبعاد الاجتماعيه- الابعاد الاداريه.


و تخلص الورقة البحثية في النهاية إلى استخلاص و رصد الايجابيات و السلبيات لهذا النمط العمرانى بما يمكن المخططين من الاستفاده بها عند تخطيط مجتمعات مغلقه جديده في مناطق ذات ظروف مشابهه.

Abstract EN

This research analyze and evaluate the experience of the spread of gated communities in the United States of America and Canada.

Where the experience of the United States in gated communities is considered the origin of the spread of this urban idea, which was followed by many countries in different parts of the world influenced by the American model.

Including Canada, which is directly adjacent to the United States.

And study the similarities and differences in each of the two experiments.

This is in terms of the motives for the spread and the stages of urban transformation towards this type of residential communities and studyingits effects on the urban environment.

by studying the characteristics With focusing on these axes as follows: -
Urban aspects, Economic aspects, Social aspect, .

Administrative aspects.


The research paper concludes in the end to extract and monitor the pros and cons of this urban pattern, and how to benefit from those two pioneering experiences in this field to adapt the urban characteristics of those gated communities.

to enables planners to benefit from it when planning new gated communities in areas with similar conditions.
