This research aims to collect and inventory places where stopping and starting varies depending on the conscience of a reference in the Koran, then these places study a detailed study and presented according to the scriptural arrangement of the Holy Qur'an, with a brief prelude to the definition of conscientious and stopping and starting and their types.

In this research, I followed the inductive approach associated with the descriptive and then analytical approach, as the nature of the research requires extrapolation of places where stopping and starting varies with reference to the conscience, then described and analyzed to determine the type of access to the stay more correct.
