The current research aims to identify Social – Undermining for primary school teachers, statistical differences at the level of social-undermining among primary school teachers according to gender variable (male and female).

To achieve the objectives of the research, the researchers adopted the measurement of (Al-Attawe and et.

al, 2017) for social-undermining prepared according to the theory of (Duffy and et.

al, 2002).

The scale was applied to the research sample, which consisted of (400) male and female teachers from the Directorate of Education on the outskirts of eastern Baghdad, after they were chosen by the stratified random method, and determining the number of male and female teachers proportionately.

After processing the data of the study statistically using (T-test for one sample, T-test for two independent samples, Pearson correlation coefficient, Alpha Cronbach equation, and adultery test).

The researchers reached to the following conclusions: The researched to the following results: The research sample members have a low level of social-undermining compared to the theoretical average of the measurement.

The statistical significant difference did not show a difference according to the gender variable in social-undermining.

In the light of the results, the research came up with a group of recommendations and suggestions.
