Public deals are considered one of the most important legal channels for spending public money, so this mechanism must be briefed with the necessary transparency in all aspects, which is the thing that tried to organize new public deals to adopt through its various texts interfering in the work of this mechanism, in order to integrate the various procedures that make up the deal starting By identifying needs and reaching them, we will try, through this research paper, to address how to embody transparency, as well as assess its level whenever possible in some important stages of the life of the public deal, as it is one of the guiding principles for the prevention of corruption.
