Abstract EN

This paper dealt with the role of leadership in raising the effectiveness of the performance of Sudanese establishments.

Many researchers have been interested in this role in developing the performance of enterprises and their advancement and the importance of the leader's role in the success of any establishment or institution.

The paper aimed to identify the current leadership style in the bank and its impact on raising the effectiveness of performance.

This paper also aimed to measure the impact of the efficiency of some economic institutions (commercial banks) on the impregnable leadership pattern in them, and some Sudanese banks suffer from some problems, including small size - weak financial position, high administrative cost, low level of services, weak banking experience, inability to cope with economic transformations and effective contribution to the national economy.

All of this requires rational, efficient and effective leadership to address these problems and promote banks to play their role in society and contribute to the national income and the national product.

In this aspect, the paper tested the following hypotheses: There is a statistically significant relationship between leadership and raising performance effectiveness.

The paper also concluded the importance of training and rehabilitation, developing the performance of workers, developing their capabilities and skills, and meeting their material, moral and social needs, so that this contributes to raising the effectiveness of their performance and creating the appropriate environment and the appropriate climate, which helps the stability of workers
