Abstract EN

The study aimed to test the relationship between accounting information systems in evaluating the wages and salaries system in government units, and to benefit from information systems in terms of accuracy and speed in providing accounting information to help evaluate the performance of government units.

The study tested the hypotheses that there is a statistically significant relationship between good characteristics, accounting information systems and quality.

The study community consists of workers at Al-Neelain University in all departments of the financial departments.

The study sample vocabulary was chosen by means of an intentional sample.

Where a sample of (150) individuals was taken, and 125 forms were retrieved, with a retrieval rate of (83.3%).

Wages and salaries information, there is a statistically significant relationship between the problems facing the work of accounting information systems and the proper evaluation for the preparation of wages and salaries.

The study concludes that accounting information systems affect the proper preparation of wages and salaries.

There is an effect between the characteristics of a good accounting information system and the quality of wages and salaries information.

The study recommended the use of accounting information systems in the preparation of wages and salaries, the need to use good accounting information systems to ensure the quality of information.
