Abstract EN

The paper dealt with the role of the organizational climate in raising the effectiveness of the performance of the Sudanese establishments.

Since the good organizational climate has a great role in creating the appropriate environment for workers and the state's encouragement of the organizational climate methodology to support and develop the performance of the Sudanese enterprises.

Therefore, the researcher is interested in studying the effect of the good organizational climate in Omdurman National Bank (ONB) on increasing the effectiveness of performance and the necessity Paying attention to provide a good climate so that this contributes to the stability of workers and meets their material, moral and social needs, which 3 will have an impact on developing their capabilities and qualifications through continuous training and rehabilitation and providing an attractive environment for workers so that they can perform work well.

And the organizational climate is what characterizes the work environment in which the individual works and affects his trends and tendencies.

This paper tested the following hypotheses: There is a statistically significant relationship between organizational climate and raising performance effectiveness.

This come up of several results such as: the importance of the organizational climate to support and develop the performance of employees by increasing training and qualification, developing the capabilities and skills of workers, providing an attractive environment for them and satisfying their material, moral and social desires and tendencies, which in turn contribute to raising the effectiveness of their performance so that this contributes to the development of the bank’s performance and the contribution to the national economy and works to increase the output of the national state.
