Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the challenges that students face in using the e-learning system in Jordanian public schools, by answering the following study questions: What are the challenges students face in using e-learning in Jordanian public schools? What are the solutions and suggestions for developing and improving the use of e-learning in Jordanian public schools? What are the recommendations offered by the researcher, in light of the results of the study, to improve the e-learning system in Jordanian public schools? The researcher used the descriptive analytical method, the results of the study reached the following The lack of internet service in the school, the insufficient number of computers for the number of students, the technical problems that appear in computers, the e-learning infrastructure is still low, the importance of training those in charge of e-learning schools on the use of computers and the internet, and the weak effectiveness of teacher training programs in The field of information technology, the lack of school students’ possession of basic information technology skills and competencies, and the lack of good quality educational software produced locally.

The researcher recommends conducting more studies to identify the aspects of the challenges facing the use of the e-learning system in Jordanian public schools at the level of students, teachers, issues of training and rehabilitation, administration, legislation, regulations and laws, evaluating current e-learning programs, methods and methods, and future directions for this type of education in challenges.
