The aim of the current research is to reveal the reality of e-governance applications for the school accreditation system in public education departments in middle schools in Riyadh in light of the system theory approach, as well as to identify the obstacles facing the application of egovernance and defining the requirements for developing e-governance applications for the school accreditation system in general education departments in light of system theory approach.

The researcher used the descriptive survey method and the research tool was a questionnaire consisting of (49) paragraphs, while the research sample consisted of (45) managers.

The researcher analyzed the data quantitatively using a set of statistical methods to reach answers to the research questions, where the data was entered after reviewing and auditing it to the computer, to extract iterations, percentages, arithmetic averages and deviations using the (SPSS) standard program for the respondents' answers about the electronic governance applications in educational administration and the requirements of developing them.

The e-governance of school accreditation processes in general education departments in light of systems theory was weak, as the approval of the research personnel came with a weak degree, with an average of (2.46 out of 5).

There are also some obstacles that limit the application of electronic governance of school accreditation processes in general education departments in light of system theory, where the approval of the research personnel came with a high degree, with an average of (3.383 out of 5.) One of the most important recommendations of the study is to spread electronic culture among education personnel and parents, through various media and in special education events.

It is also recommended that top management initiates training administrators and teachers practically on the applications of e-governance
