Abstract EN

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, and praise be to God, Lord of the worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the Master of the Messengers, Muhammad, may God's prayers and peace be upon him, his good family, and his righteous companions.

The mere thought of this Creator about the creature in him is a bad manners and a lack of certainty in the power and knowledge of God Almighty.

The issues around which raise controversy and dialogue, and there is no doubt that our topic is related to God Almighty and His attributes in Judaism and Islam.

Whoever contemplates the situation of the Jews will find that the Jews likened the Creator to a creature with the characteristics of imperfection.

As for Islam, a suspicion has been raised against the Imamate that, like the Jews, they are permitted to change the judiciary, whether it is from The topic was tested accordingly.

To achieve the desired goal, the research was formed on two topics and followed by a conclusion with the most important results.

In the first topic I dealt with the change of the judiciary in the Jewish religion.

In the second topic, it dealt with the change of the judiciary in Islam.

Conclusion of some important matters I concluded the research with the conclusion in which I summarized what I presented to the research, that changing the judiciary means confusion, as in man-made laws, and then discovering for a while that it is incomplete or wrong, so it deletes a paragraph or changes according to what Need is lost and this is what we will explain in the folds of the research, God willing.
