Abstract EN

This research is aiming to study the issue of Saluting Non-Muslims and haw to respond to their salutation on the Light of Quran, Sunnah and Legitimate purposes.

So it is divided into preface, prelude, three chapters, conclusion and index of sources.

The preface contains a quick look at the issue of Salutation, the previous studies, the paradox of the research, its curriculum, and its parts.

Then the prelude discussed the meaning of salutation, its importance and the verdict of Saluting Muslims and Non-Muslims and how to respond to their salutation.

The first chapter dealt with the evidences of prohibiting or reprehension saluting Non-Muslims and discussed them according to their lexical and historical contexts.

Then the second chapter discussed the evidences of saluting Non-Muslims.

Yet, the last chapter dealt how to respond to Non-Muslims salutation.

Finally the conclusion contained the results of the research, which ended to the permission or recommendation of salutation of Non-Muslims and the recommendation of responding to their salutation by similar salutation or better one, as equal to Muslims.
