When enacting Law 91-10 related to endowments, the Algerian legislator was interested in regulating the means of proving public endowment property, including the official contract, especially with regard to public endowment real estate; Because of its importance in documenting this type of real estate property and protecting it from loss, and because the proof itself is linked to a fundamental issue, which is the existence of the endowment and ensuring its continuity and the realization of the legitimate purposes for which it was found, and this is due to the great role that public endowment properties play in achieving social solidarity between Community members as one of the doors of public good through which the servant draws near to God Almighty.
