The alternatives to the public lawsuit were one of the results of the criminal scientific development to consider combating crime without traditional criminal procedures, and the necessity to abandon them in the field of minor crimes and replace them with procedural and flexible means (such as mediation and criminal settlement), It would ensure speedy resolution of criminal litigations and conflict management in an easy, accessible and confined manner, and relieve pressure on criminal justice.
