Abstract EN

Banking has changed radically over the past years and can be change more within the coming years on the idea of the emergence of a vareity of institutions that provide traditionel services to banks: deposits and loans to such an extent that the majority non-banks financial firms provide the overwhelming majority of products and services provided by banks.

in order that the banks idea as financial broker is now challenged by the change in traditional means of payment and therefore the emergence and development of electronic means of payment.

the aim of this study is to highlight specificity of banks add different economies: debt economics such as Algeria or financial market economics, although their role has changed a result of emergence of competing now-bank instituations especially within the light of developments within the global financial systems, with reference to some advenced banking system especially the United States (U.S.A).
