The end of 2019 and the beginning of 2020 witnessed huge transformations in the global economy due to the outbreak of the Corona virus pandemic, This study aimed to review the repercussions of the Covid-19 pandemic on the activity of small and medium enterprises in Algeria, especially after its transformation from a health crisis to a global economic crisis, What prompted most of the developed and developing countries alike to have large-scale closures in order to contain the epidemic, which had a negative impact on most sectors, especially the economic sector, which was greatly affected in all countries of the world in which this epidemic spread, Similar to the Algerian state, whose economy was greatly affected by the pandemic, and came at the forefront of the affected economic institutions, small and medium enterprises that were greatly affected by this health crisis, whether in the short or long term, which negatively affected their financial resources and the normal conduct of their activities.

This study recommends the necessity of carrying out a set of incentive measures that would stimulate economic activity on the one hand, and on the other hand would be sufficient to revive the activity of medium-sized enterprises and allow them to resume their activity in order to develop the national economy and reduce the problem of unemployment.
