This study aims to identify the most fundamental pillars of university governance through the evidence of the experiences of successful international universities, noting the need to benefit from successful international experiences in this field, due to its positive effects on the level of the higher education system on the one hand and the economic aspect on the other hand, and the study calls for the need to enhance the decentralization of university institutions, especially in developing countries, which is witnessing a major fluctuation and cracks in their educational systems, as well as the need to benefit from successful systems in the governance of universities at the global level by relying on the most important basic principles applied in these the process.
