Abstract EN

This study aims to know the contribution of administrative empowerment to achieving professional compatibility in the institution under study, by relying on a sample of administrative workers in the Algerian Foundation for Industrial and Technical Tissues in Al-Masila.

Professional compatibility, and we used the descriptive and analytical method, After collecting data from the study sample and analyzing the results using the spss program, this study concluded that there is a strong statistically significant correlation between administrative empowerment and professional compatibility among administrative workers in the institution under study.

This study recommends spreading the culture of administrative empowerment in the institution and creating a work environment that helps to achieve Stability and job satisfaction for workers, and thus achieving professional compatibility.
