Abstract EN

Different developed and developing countries seek to achieve quality in their university education because it is an essential and strategic requirement and also it has direct impact on their economy in order to achieve adjustment between the university's outputs and the labor market according to the standards and specifications require this market.

It is important to adopt standards of international quality in University education by linking quality with educational goals and developing leadership skills as well as faculty with the optimal use of human and material resources.

So ,in my research paper , i will discuss the issue of the vital and noticeable role that the university professor played at the level of the educational process, as well as the research process or at the level of the societal process and the extent of quality achieved through its implementation of the different tasks, programs and goals assigned to it in addition to some obstacles that faced him and challenge Of its energies and potentials and reflected negatively on university performance.
