Abstract EN

This study treat the child care topic and comparing it to the reality that childhood is witnessing today, the research aims to find out what laws were issued and what the Sharia and religion have clarified in this important topic in the life of the individuals in general and the Algerian society in particular through a sociological reading of some of religieuse texts as well as the situation that tried to clarify Ways of treating our kids, how to take care of them, the consequences of offending them, and the penalty for those who violate them.

The study concludes that's all what is recommended by conferences related to human rights or global health for children, and other organizations unable to achieve a better life for children, and violence against children whether physical or psychological has become one of the most dangerous phenomena that spread in our societies.

Arabic society in general and the Algerian society in particular, and it can be traced back to several factors, some of which are related to society in general and the negative view of the family, and others are related to the family and the factors that surround it, and some of them are due to the nature of the child in himself and his behavior.
