Abstract EN

This paper aims to shed more light of the important roles and positions of the religious jurists in Andalusian society.

Their scientific and literary CONTRIBUTIONS have attracted many people's interest.

Thus I tried to investigate into such contribution by examining different references and sources of knowledge for example : " Nafh ettib" نفح الطيبح written by " Almaqqari " لطمقحي , and the IBNO BASSAM BOOK " ADDAKHIRA FI MAHASINI AHL ALJAZIRA " لطذخبيةافيامحاسناأهلالطجزييةا"الابنابسام Most of debate in this study is revolving around the Islamic approach towards poets and poetry, and their roles in the periods of war and peace.

Then I tackled some aspects of the poetry produced by Andalusian RELIGIONS JURISTS "Alfokkaha" لطفقهحا through different historical periods, and also their social roles and how they are influenced by the Eastern Islamic culture, focusing mainly on the holy Qur'an and the noble profit's Hadith
