This study aims to reveal the extent to which the characteristics of the urban heritage in Algeria are employed through the miniatures of the Algerian plastic artist Mohamed rassem and the extent to which he seeks to preserve it in all its parts throughout history and to raise the awareness of society of its importance and immortalize these monuments throughout different eras in an artistic and aesthetic way, and to highlight the importance of the dimensions of the image in documenting and immortalizing the heritage of this region, based on the artist Mohamed rassem's keenness to embody it in his works of art, which have had a great impact on Algerian society in particular and European societies in general
