Abstract EN

This study tried to shed light on the deality of e-commerce in Algeria and its most important components.

the study concluded that despite the efforts made by Algeria to spread e-commerce applications DY improving its infrastructure and adopting an electronic strategy in 2013 through the move towards electronic management, there is still weakness in the technological infrastructure, especialy through the low speed of the internet and its high cost compared to the developed countries in this field, the lack of awareness among the Algerian individual of the advantages of e-commerce and its preference for traditionl trade, the lack of clarity in the mechanisms of application of the e-commerce law and the intention of the year 2018.
