Abstract EN

This study focused on the level of the relationship between marital alimony and the principle of wardship when a woman participates with her husband in the financial obligations to the family.

Because The Islamic law and the legislation do not prevent a woman from participating with her husband in taking care of the needs of the family.

However, this participation formed for some a concept that led to the decline of the role of the man within the family and his loss of moral authority which raises a question about the wardship entrusted to the man by virtue of the Qur'anic text because of the spending partnership.
