In front of the technological and digital progress that the world is witnessing today, contracts and commercial transactions are now concluded through modern means of communication, this is what necessitated the various countries to work on the issuance of legislation related to this trade, which in turn requires accompanying information technologies, it was necessary to develop frameworks to protect these electronic transactions by proving it with modern technologies, mainly represented in the authentication of the electronic signature.
