Abstract EN

The study aimed to uncover the effect of information technology on the quality of the work life of the human resource in the Algerian Telecom Company in Tebessa from the workers' point of view.

In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was formulated consisting of two main axes, namely a focus on quality of work life and a focus for information technology, as the study sample consisted of 108 workers, who were chosen randomly, and the results of the study indicated that the level of implementation of the Algerian Telecom Company for the quality of work life is weak according to the viewpoint Workers, as it was found that there are parameters of information technology with great agreement of workers without dispersion in the answers.

As for the effect of information technology on the quality of work life, it was positive in all its dimensions.
