The purpose of this paper is to identify, through an exploratory study, the different types of approaches followed to support and develop this new scourge which is digital entrepreneurship.
Our survey focuses on the evaluation of two significant communication tools in the management of contemporary recruitments, and which are presented under the name of: Emploitic and Emploi-Partner, two job search sites which have found a place in the world of e-recruitment, and have been able to stand out from traditional SMEs by adopting this new era: the digitalization of companies.
The digital revolution has had a rather far-reaching impact, both for businesses and the world of work and for the economy in general.
It has embraced almost all sectors of activity, including the labor market, which has also been affected by it.
It is necessary to note that e-recruitment has become an essential element in the labor market and a factor of economic growth.
So, this study allowed us to mention the importance of digital and its contribution to the growth of economic activities in Algeria

Le présent papier a pour objectif de déceler, à travers une étude exploratoire, les différents types de démarches suivies pour accompagner et développer ce nouveau fléau qui est l'entrepreneuriat digital.
Notre enquête porte sur l'évaluation de deux outils de communication prégnants dans la gestion des recrutements contemporains, et qui se présentent sous le nom de: Emploitic et Emploi-Partner, deux sites de recherche d'emploi qui ont su se faire une place dans le monde du e-recrutement, et ont pu se démarquer des PME traditionnelles en adoptant cette nouvelle ère qui est: la digitalisation des entreprises.
La révolution digitale a eu une portée plutôt considérable, tant pour les entreprises et le monde du travail que pour l'économie en général.
Elle a su embrasser presque tous les secteurs d'activité, en tenons en compte le marché du travail qui lui aussi a été frappé par cette dernière.
Il est nécessaire de noter que l'e-recrutement est devenu un élément incontournable dans le marché du travail et un facteur de croissance économique.
Alors, cette étude nous a permis de citer l'importance du digital et sa contribution à la croissance des activités économiques en Algérie.
