Abstract EN

School violence is a vital concern, not only for students, teachers or professors, but for administrators, policy makers, criminal justice personnel, and parents of students.

Efforts in this field to reduce violence and deviant behavior in schools have led many schools to adopt preventive strategies aimed at reducing actual violence and fear of some deviant behaviors, but they have not been translated into reality due to the presence of many obstacles, the most important of which is the material aspect.

The first is then the human side, which is the problem of forming private security guards for schools and educational institutions.

As a result, it seems that the process of hiring security agents and the mechanism for dealing with the problems of bullying, ethnic tensions, disrespect for students and gangs will be effective and efficient in alleviating problems in middle school and high school campuses throughout Algerian educational institutions.
