The failure to unify the rules and regulations of international trade law leads to an apparent difference when dealing with it.

This calls for recourse to the conflict of laws approach, and this is in contradiction with the main objective of the existence of international trade law.

It is the application of uniform rules and regulations on various international commercial transactions directly without any conflict.

In front of the diversity of methods and means of unifying the law in general, it is necessary to choose an effective and appropriate method to ensure the unification of the rules of international trade law without any waste of time and effort in ineffective methods and means.

Therefore, it is imperative to evaluate these methods to find out the best and most appropriate ones to achieve the desired uniformity.
