The curent study aimed to design a scale that measures the degree of commitment of type 1 diabetes patients to healthy behavior, and to reveal the psychometric properties of the scale, the tool consisted of four axes, the food and health axis and consisted of (7) items, the axis of motor activity and included (6) items, the axis adherence to instructions The medical section included two parts, the first part was the focus of treatment follow-up and it included (6) dimensions, the second part was the focus of medical analysis follow-up and it consisted of (8) items, the axis of general health behavior and it included (11) items, the tool was applied to a sample of 58 individuals with type 1 diabetes To ensure the validity of the tool, the validity was calculated by means of internal consistency, and the correlation coefficients ranged between 0.06 and 0.83, all of which are a function at the level of 0.01.

Stability of scale.
