Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the level of the quality of work life with its relation with the degree of job engagement for nurses, In order to achieve the purpose of the study, The researcher used the analytical descriptive approche.

As the questionnaire was specially prepared for the purposes of this study: the first questionnaire about quality of work life That consisted (26) items distributed on seven domains, while the second questionnaire about job engagement and it consisted of (15) items.

and the results of the study resulted in: The level of quality of work life in the sample members was average, the level of job engagement in the sample members was average, as the results of the study showed, There is positive correlation relation between quality of work life and job engagement for the sample members
