التنمر هو ظاهرة عدوانية و غير مرغوب بها تنطوي على ممارسة العنف و السلوك العدواني من قبل فرد أو مجموعة أفراد نحو غيرهم، و تنتشر هذه الظاهرة بشكل أكبر بين طلاب المدارس، و هو ما يسمى بالتنمر المدرسي الذي عرف بالطاعون الصامت الذي يهدد الكيان التربوي و سنحاول في هذا المقال إلقاء الضوء على هذه الظاهرة أسبابها، لأشكالها، عناصرها و أخيرا كيفية علاجها.

Bullying is an aggressive and undesirable phenomenon involving violence and aggressive behavior by an individual or group of individuals towards others.
This phenomenon is more widespread among school students, which is called the school bullying known as the silent plague that threatens the educational entity and we will try in this article To shed light on this phenomenon causes, forms, elements and finally how to treat them
