تمثل دراسة الشخصية مصدرا أساسيا للتعرف على المسارات النفسية و السلوكية التي يتبناها الفرد للتوافق مع البيئة الاجتماعية الخارجية، و العوامل الخمسة للشخصية ماهي إلا تنظيم و بناء نفسي يخص الفرد بجملة من الصفات و السمات التي تجعله مختلفا و متفردا، و من ثمة فإن الطالب في الوسط الجامعي يحمل جملة من المؤشرات النفسية و الشخصية و التي على أساسها يواجه الضغوطات المرتبطة بمتطلبات التحصيل و شروط النجاح الأكاديمي، وقد جاءت هذه الدراسة لاستقراء تأثير العوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصية على التحصيل الأكاديمي للطلبة الجامعيين.
Abstract EN
The study of personality is a key source to identify the psychological and behavioral paths adopted by the individual to conform to the external social environment .
In addition, the five factors of personality is the organization and psychological construction of the individual with a set of qualities and characteristics, which make it different and unique.
Therefore the student in the university a series of psychological and personal indicators, based on which he faces the pressures associated with the requirements of achievement and conditions of academic success, this study came to explorer the impact of the five major factors of personality on the academic achievement of university students.
