The study aimed to identify the reality of vocational training from the viewpoint of the workers of the National Textile Company in Laghouat, and to identify the importance of the differences in preparing for vocational training from the viewpoint of the sample members according to the difference of gender, occupational specialization and seniority at work.

sample of (66) male and female workers at the National Textile Company, where did we come to the following results: - Vocational training is important from the workers' point of view of the National Textile Company in Laghouat.

-The importance of preparing for vocational training from the viewpoint of the workers of the National Textile Company in Laghouat does not differ according to the gender and the seniority of work.

-The importance of preparing for vocational training differs from the viewpoint of the workers of the National Textile Company in Laghouat according to the different job specialization.
