The study aimed to answer the question: Are there differences between the third year students of primary school who underwent preparatory education in kindergarten and those who did not in terms of exposure to arithmetic difficulties? By examining the differences between two groups of students.

The sample consisted of (12) male and female students.

Zaryki battery was applied to them to detect arithmetic disorders, and after analyzing the results, the study revealed that: There are differences in favor of students who did not attend kindergarten in each of the ability to control counting, acquire the meaning of numbers, control tens and hundreds, mental arithmetic strategies, and work mechanisms Verbal and semantic working memory.

While there are differences in favor of students who joined kindergarten in the ability to solve arithmetic problems, spatial awareness and attention to numerical and numerical symbol.
