In this paper we will try to highlight the importance of the knowledge that has been compounded by globalization and scientific and technological developments in recent decades, particularly information and communication technology, knowing that investing in education plays a central role in human resource development and expanding the opportunities and capacities of young people to contribute to this historical qualitative shift.

It is in this context that knowledge workers have become the basis for the development of economic wealth, and the goal of our choice of the subject is to demonstrate the role of education, through which all members of society can be provided with the tools to help them effectively integrate socially to contribute to the building of the knowledge society.
