This research deals with the topic of childhood care in the medieval Islamic era, and the legal texts (the Noble Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophet) dealt with a set of educational and social rulings and wills.

The occasion to raise children properly is to achieve sound physical and psychological development for them.

These guidelines and rules relate to the forms of play and its goals and to the curricula and methods of education that a child should receive, as the Holy Qur'an has the bulk of early education.

The category of orphaned children also received great attention and special care in view of its social conditions, and it is about ensuring its material and moral needs in order to integrate into society in a way that makes it exceed the bitterness of the orphan.
