Myeloblastomas are localized extramedullar deposits of myeloblasts, formerly called either granulocytic sarcomas or chloromas.

The most common site is the skin, typically present in patients with acute myelomonocytic or monocytic leukemia.

A patient with history of acute myelogenous leukemia-M2 presenting with central nervous system myeloblastoma, which is extremely unusual, is reported In addition, a review of the literature will be presented
