This study dealt with career path planning and its role in achieving job satisfaction in the Directorate of Housing in the Wilaya of Bechar, and aimed to know the trends of respondents in this institution towards the importance of career path planning and shows the impact of career path planning in its dimensions (career path, career path management, employee participation in decision-making, level of Motivation among employees (as an independent variable in achieving job satisfaction among workers in the Directorate of Housing in the Wilaya of Bechar as a dependent variable, , and one of the most important findings of the study It is the effect of career planning in achieving job satisfaction among employees in the Housing Directorate of the Wilaya of Bechar.
