Abstract EN

The current study aimed to reveal strategies for facing psychological and professional stress among university professors, as well as to identify the characteristics of this group (age, department, experience, degree, marriage period, geographical location), using a random sample consisting of (270) professors.

The descriptive approach, which depends on describing the phenomenon and developing it as in reality, was followed.

The study relied on collecting data on questionnaires prepared by the researcher and which were applied to the study sample, after verifying some of its psychometric properties (honesty and stability), and the statistical data was processed using Statistical methods are percentages and the RP test for the relationship in processing and analyzing the results.
