تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز واقع الصناعة الغذائية في الجزائر، و لقد حاولنا تقديم بعض الإحصائيات عن مدى مساهمة الصناعة الغذائية في الاقتصاد الجزائري ثم عرضنا الدور الذي تلعبه الصناعة الغذائية في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي من خلال قدراتها على اشباع الحاجات الاستهلاكية الغذائية المتانمية، بالإضافة إلى توضيح أهم المعوقات التي تواجه قطاع الصناعة الغذائية و محاولة معرفة الطرق المؤدية إلى تعزيز و تطوير المؤسسات الصناعية الغذائية بصفة خاصة و القطاع بصفة عامة مما يمكنها من منافسة المنتجات المستوردة و تحقيق البقاء في السوق
Abstract EN
: This study aims to highlight the reality of the food industry in Algeria, we have tried to provide some statistics on the food industry's contribution to the Algerian economy, then we presented the role played by the food industry in the achievement of food security through its ability to satisfy the growing consumer needs, in addition to clarifying the most important difficulties facing the food industry sector and trying to fount out the leading ways to the promotion and the development of food industrial establishments in particular and the sector in general, which would enable them to compete with imported products and achieve survival in the market
