the purpose of this study To shed light on financial analysis as a tool for analyzing and diagnosing the financial position of the institution, and to highlight its importance in the field of decision-making in the company, in addition to conducting an applied study on the "Ilusoy" company to know the role that financial analysis plays in making important decisions in it.

The results of the research were based on an analysis of the reality of the activities extracted from the company's documents that it carried out in the period (2016-2018).

The results of the Elosoy Import and Export Company showed that the financial analysis provides a huge amount of information that helps in revealing the financial position of the company and knowing its strengths and weaknesses.

In it, and this is what enables it to take the necessary decisions to improve the financial position of the company in order to reach the desired goals.
